Q1.How do I make a reservation?

You can make a phone call to our sales section too. 
The number is +81-46-855-1800 (9:00~17:00), it's open from Monday to Friday. 
 
Q2.Can you exchange foreign currency to Japanese Yen at hotel reception?
Answer We can exchange following kinds of currency to Yen : US Dollar, Euro, Pounds, Canada Dollar, Australia Dollar
 
Q3.What is available at your shop?
Answer We have various kinds of souvenir, snacks, drinks, stationery, e.g.. 
It's open from 8 am to 10:30 pm next to hotel reception.
 
Q4.What are the check in and check out times?
Answer You can check in any time after 3pm up to 11pm. 
The main entrance and hotel reception close at 11pm. So if you arrive later than 11pm, please be sure to let us know. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. In case you'd like to check in earlier/check out later, it costs extra charge depending on how long to expand. For detailed information, please ask us.
 
Q5.Can I use a pool?
Answer For guests only, our pool "Aqua Club" is available from 7 am to 10 pm for free. 
It requires a key to enter the at hotel reception. 
You can rent a swimming suit and a towel for pool also.
 
Q6.What is your smoking policy?
Answer Smoking is not allowed at restaurants, Lounge LEAF, and Conference Rooms. We're equipped with Smoking Room on Conference Floor (BF).
You can smoke at lounges on 2nd/3rd floor.
 
Q7.What is your high-speed Internet environment?
Answer We offer wired LAN by optical fiber cable (free of charge) in every room. 
Also, wireless LAN network is available at 1F/CF lobby. 
We do not have LAN card for rent, so please bring your own.
